Pamela Malone, affectionately known as Lady P., is the wife of Carlos L Malone Sr. Senior Pastor Teacher of The Bethel Church. She is an Elder at TBC and serves alongside her husband in support of the vision of TBC and the Kingdom at large. Lady P is the Director of WISE (Women in The Saviors Eyes) and founder of D.O.O.R (Diamonds Out Of the Rough), who's primary focus is to equip women through the word of God, help them experience breakthrough from their own personal struggles and to pursue God's purpose for their lives.
Lady Pam is also founder of G.E.M.S.(Girls Equipped and Motivated to Succeed) a mentoring program for girls who's focus is the spiritual, intellectual and personal development of young girls. Lady Pam is also a anointed minister of gospel who teaches with the same passion and power of her husband but with her own unique style and delivery.
During her spare time she enjoys giving hope to women at The Agape Women Center; a rehab facility that shelters women who are Alcohol and drug dependent. She strongly believes if we are going to reach the world we must go into the world. She credits her husband for teaching, inspiring and pushing her to be everything God has called her to be. She is the mother to 3 treasured gifts children Ashley, Andrea and Carlos Jr, and God son Raymond young.
