Pamela Malone, affectionately known as Lady P., is the devoted wife of Apostle Carlos L. Malone Sr., Senior Pastor-Teacher of The Bethel Church (TBC). A powerful and passionate Elder at TBC, she faithfully serves alongside her husband, fully committed to advancing the vision of the church and the Kingdom of God at large.
Lady P. is the visionary Director of W.I.S.E. (Women in the Savior’s Eyes) and the founder of D.O.O.R. (Diamonds Out of the Rough)—two life-changing ministries dedicated to equipping women through the Word of God. Her mission is to help women break free from personal struggles and pursue God’s divine purpose for their lives.

She is also the founder of G.E.M.S. (Girls Equipped and Motivated to Succeed), a mentoring program designed to foster the spiritual, intellectual, and personal development of young girls.
A uniquely anointed minister of the Gospel, Lady P. teaches with the same fire and authority as her husband, while bringing her own powerful voice, authentic experiences, and distinct teaching style to every message.
Lady P. often credits her husband for inspiring, challenging, and encouraging her to fully become the woman God has called her to be. Together, they have raised three treasured children—Ashley, Andrea, and Carlos Jr., along with their beloved godson, Raymond Young.
