The Battle Complex: Leadership Development

The Battle Complex Basic Overview

The Battle Complex is a three-month leadership and discipleship training course designed to develop strong, Spirit-led believers who are equipped for both spiritual growth and Kingdom impact. Sessions take place once per week (in person or via Zoom; sessions may vary).
Each month will conclude with an evaluation—either a written test or a life-application assignment—to ensure participants are not only learning but applying biblical principles in real-life situations.
Rooted in Scripture and based on the manual written by Apostle Carlos L. Malone, Sr., The Battle Complex focuses on high-level discipleship, spiritual warfare, and Kingdom development. Participants will be challenged and stretched to grow in areas such as:
Spiritual Warfare Training – Understanding the enemy, putting on the armor of God, and walking in victory through prayer, fasting, worship, and Scripture.
Discipleship Development – Learning what it means to be a true disciple of Christ and committing to duplicate yourself by making other disciples.
Leadership Formation – Building character, structure, discipline, and endurance while being empowered to influence communities for Christ.
Kingdom Culture – Embracing love, unity, and accountability while modeling the likeness of Christ in everyday life.

This is not a program for the religiously faint at heart—it is a call to serious seekers who are willing to be transformed, trained, and released as Kingdom leaders. Upon completion, participants will be equipped to stand strong in faith, apply what they learn, and actively participate in advancing the Kingdom of God.
But most importantly, duplicating this same three-month process with at least one person per quarter. Then repeating the process over and over again (Continual Discipleship).
More details in syllabus will be given at a later date.

The Battle Complex Commitment Statement

As a participant in the Battle Complex Leadership Development Series, I prayerfully and willingly commit myself to the call of true discipleship.
I understand that this journey is not merely about attending lessons, but about applying Kingdom principles to my daily life. I commit to live authentically, walk in discipline, embrace the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and grow in spiritual maturity.
I affirm that I am being equipped not just for personal growth, but to become a vessel through which others may also be discipled. Just as Jesus called the twelve to follow Him and then commanded them to “go and make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:19–20), I too commit to replicate and duplicate myself in the lives of others.
By God’s grace, I will stand firm in faith, apply what I have learned, and model the life of a true disciple—empowered to influence my community, transform culture, and advance the Kingdom of God.
I make this commitment before God, understanding that this is a sacred calling to carry forward the mission of Christ: to be His witness, to love without compromise, and to build others who will do the same.
In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
